A preorder reserves production capacity for a handmade bowl. The order confirmation states a specific ship-by date. If that date cannot be met, the customer may accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

The launch product is $50 per bowl, an optional personal inscription is $10 per bowl, and shipping plus applicable tax are calculated during checkout.
