Cancel before production begins for a full refund. If a recorded ship-by date cannot be met, the customer may reject the revised date and receive a full refund for the unshipped order.

Uninscribed, unused bowls may be returned after contacting the studio within 14 calendar days of delivery. Personally inscribed bowls are final sale after production starts except for damage, defect, misrepresentation, or a missed ship-by date.
